Churn visibility & win-back automation
Retention systems
A fast-growing virtual education subscription had no visibility into members who were quietly cancelling at month-end with no intervention path. I built an automated workflow that redirected cancelling members to an exit survey, captured feedback in real time, flagged the cancellation internally, and enrolled them in a targeted win-back sequence. The team went from reactive to proactive on cancellations, and gained actionable retention data they'd never had before.
HubSpot-to-Notion sync for a scaling membership team
CRM integration
At a startup that grew its membership by over 250% in two years, the customer team was flying blind. Member data lived in HubSpot, but the team needed an operational view without cluttering the CRM. I built a custom integration using the Notion API that automatically synced member records, matched data, updated progress indicators, and surfaced who needed attention. It eliminated a significant manual burden and gave the team visibility at scale, without adding headcount.
Production system for a growing video agency
Content production
A fast-growing social media and video agency had built its reputation on output, but its internal operations hadn't kept pace. With a distributed contractor model, there was no shared tracking, no standardized timelines, and limited capacity visibility. I built a centralized production system that gave leadership a real-time view of active projects and team availability, standardized client-facing timelines, and created a process the whole team could work within consistently. The agency could take on more clients without the coordination chaos that had previously capped their growth.

The team lead had a functioning CRM but no way to connect pipeline performance to the coaching and development happening behind it. I built a Notion system that tracked client pipeline progress alongside individual coaching activity, improvement milestones, and development patterns — giving leadership a unified view across both revenue and talent. For the first time, they could correlate mentorship cadence with sales outcomes and make informed decisions about where to focus.
